The hotel had an amazing location right on the lakefront, offering stunning views from our sizeable balcony. the breakfast was simple but satisfying, and we had plenty of options nearby for dining. It was also convenient to have a bus stop and ferry terminal within walking distance.

The staff struggled with English and German, which made communicating a bit difficult, and the walls were quite thin, leading to some noise issues. the bathroom fan was loud, and the TV was smaller than expected.

We had a lovely stay at a hotel with breathtaking views and a magical ambiance. The highlight was definitely having breakfast with the mountains in front of us, making for a truly memorable experience. Even though there were a few minor setbacks, like the lack of a kettle in the room and having to pay for tea from the bar, it didn't ruin our overall enjoyment. The location by the lake was excellent, allowing us to swim just meters away from the hotel. The staff was friendly and the restaurant offered delicious food, particularly the Chinese section. Considering the beautiful location and overall positive experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
